Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.
Our Return Policy:
✅ 30-Day Return Window: You may return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
✅ Opened Items: Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
✅ Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund.
How to Initiate a Return:

Once approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.

Ship the item back (customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We appreciate your paitence with this.
